Jason brings over 13 years of leadership experience in software development and professional services to BHW. His extensive, broad-based technical expertise includes enterprise application development, software integration, and e-business solutions. Jason has a track record for delivering exceptional results within the established budget for companies of all sizes. Throughout his career, Jason has measured success by his ability to focus on the design and development of quality deliverables with short term and long term benefits for clients.

Prior to joining The BHW Group, Jason provided software consulting services for various organizations in the central Texas area including Dell and the Texas Education Agency. In 2000, Jason co-founded id5 Solutions, a software company that specialized in creating scalable, high performance, and highly functional component software solutions. Jason also worked at Trilogy Software, where he developed mission critical supply chain, legacy system integration, and e-commerce solutions for companies such as IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Best Buy, and Ingram Micro. While at Trilogy, Jason received the CARE (Customer Awareness Recognition) award for outstanding customer satisfaction.

Jason also specializes in eBay application integration and is regarded as an expert within the eBay developer community. In 2006, Jason built a solution which facilitated the largest charity auction ever held on eBay - the 7th on Sale auction for the Council of Fashion Designers of America. Jason is also certified as a Microsoft Solution Developer for Microsoft .NET.

Jason Hodges grew up in Spring, Texas, where he met and married his wife of 13 years, Kelley. They have two boys, Cameron and Kyle, and live in Round Rock, Texas.
